"FANTASTIC! Tried this for the first time this evening. Everyone loved it. I did tweak it just a bit. Being from the South, any opportunity to use seafood I grab it. So after cooking the zucchini and getting to the sauce stage, I added a pound of peeled raw shrimp with a few sprinkles of Seafood Seasoning. One dish dinner. Definitely on the""
