Reviewed tagliatelle with smashed peas, sausage, and ricotta cheese

Mar 13, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Sorry but I thought it was going to be better. I just made this tonight (3/13/14) for dinner and the only thing I substituted was mild Italian sausage for spicy. My family liked it enough but I was expecting it to be great or even just good but was disappointed. I have to say it is the first out of numerous Giada dishes I have made and LOVED in...

My husband loved them and thought they were perfect! These cookies were so easy to make and quick too. For all the cookies it yields I have to say it is cost effective. I really like the pioneer woman show! My only gripe was that I thought the cookies were too sugary, but if must remember it is a sugar cookie recipe!

Tasty, fast & easy. Just how I like it.

I made a mistake and added the entire amount of chicken stock (5 cups in the dutch oven) with the risotto at the beginning and then put the pot in the oven. But, it did not seem to make a difference, because it came out perfectly! So, I may have made a second mistake, and that was adding...

I love Ina's easy delicious borscht recipe! The only things I did differently are I halved the amount of sugar and I did not have the vinegar, and the soup came out perfectly! I also did not realize this needed to sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours! I made it for dinner starting cooking at 6pm and had it in time to eat at about 8pm.. It ended "

I just made this dish for my husband and I tonight. It was amazing. It took a little time, but (as my husband noted too it was WELL worth the wait. Thank you Ina for making cooking so easy and delicious. Love ya!

The only thing is that it does make at least six individual servings. I used our cute white crate and barrel nice...

This recipe is phenomenal as are any of Mario Batali's! I happened to replace the dried beans (no time for that! with canned white kidney beans, and I added chopped kale. Instead of the aborio (rissotto rice I used pearled barley which was so delicious as well as healthy. Thank you Mario -- we miss seeing you so much on Iron Chef. ""

I just made this dish last night for my husband and I and we absolutely loved it! It is going in the Rolodex of recipes that we use frequently. It was so easy and quick to make with that restaurant type quality/taste. This was a definite winner! Thanks Giada.
