"Love, love, love!!! I did substitute cooking Sherry instead since I didn't want to make a special trip to the liquor store for something that would just sit in the cabinet forever. Also, I cheated and added a bit more parm cheese. Finally I added the fresh spices just before going into the oven, instead of grilling which gave them a little more pop. I added 2 full tsp of cornstarch, which perfected the sauce. Finally, spring for the gruyere cheese if you can find it - well worth it! Will make again for sure!
