Reviewed Panko-Crusted Portobello Mushroom Burger

Made this for dinner tonight. It is a winner! Easy and quick to make and full of flavor. The mushroom has a great meaty flavor and we don't miss the chop meat in this burger. I made the mayo sauce with soy because I did not have teriyaki and added chopped ginger and a squirt of Sriracha hot chile sauce. It was a perfect condiment for this dish. T"
