Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese
"I always double the recipe, it's very good. I always feel like its way too much milk when I'm making it, but it's not. It's perfect! Also, we don't like really sharp cheese so I usually do 1/2 and 1/2 mild cheddar and sharp, and I've also done all mild cheddar. It's a hit both ways.
