We made this last night and it was delicious! I deviated from the recipe a bit as I couldn't find ground turkey thigh meat (so I just used 2 lb of ground turkey breast). I had a pound of figs but just used about 3/4 of them in the sauce as I was concerned about it being too sweet for our taste along with the sugar and I substituted sorghum syrup...
