"I thought this recipe was simple yet delightful. I will definitely be making it again! A few things to note: the chicken finished cooking about 8 minutes earlier than the veggies (I use an internal meat thermometer to take the guess work out of cooking times) and the scallions do not need a full 20 minutes to cook--take them out a few minutes early or put them in the over later. Just be mindful of cooking times, and everything should be taste beautiful."

"I thought this recipe was good for a low-cal version of Alfredo, but I disagree with the other reviewers who say it tastes as good or better than the full-fat version. The sauce thickened up nicely (ie good consistency) but the flavor reminded me of something I would get from a microwavable meal. "
