"Fantastic! Very easy to make as long as you watch the cream as it heats and keep whisking. I couldn't find my scale so I had to guess on the 4oz of chocolate which made it a bit rich. It was good, but had to eat smaller portions, which I guess is a good thing. To say the least, that was user error, and next time I will be sure to find my scale bef""
