"This is a great recipe. I did 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter to saute the carrots and onions in. I also added 1 cup dry pasta to it and shredded parmasean cheese to put on top of the soup. Giada's recipes never disapoint me or my husband : ""
