Reviewed Squid with Bacon and Garlic Oil
"Not only was this dish easy and FUN to make - it was also delicious. Since it is a bit of a hearty meal, due to the bacon, I put it on top of lettuce. To kick it up a bit, Bobby Flay style, I also added a habanero. I taped myself while doing this variation for my blog - and I also show you how to clean the squid as well.
