Very easy way to utilize those leftover mudbugs after a crawfish boils. I've tried various recipes and this is by far the easiest and best. I thin next time I might use a little less butter. The flour and water thickened it up nicely and gave it a good texture. I also added a couple splashes of burgundy wine in as well as a teaspoon of apple cider"
