"Dios Mio! Or o.m.g.! This was the hit of our Thanksgiving multi-cultural potluck this year! It was so good we are throwing out the traditional "coconut-pecan family recipe" that I was known for -For this new DELICIOSO Banana-Yam Casserole! No leftovers on this casserole dish - though I wish there were!!! Keep on cooking Marcela! You have some huge fans in Orange County, CA!!!

Busy mother of triplets, married for 24 years to the same fireman,who was my college sweetheart! We have a huge extended family with Cuban, Filipino, Mexican and good old European Americans always having a great time!!!
