"easy to make, simple yet delicious. My son loved the ricotta cheese. I couldnt find garlic flavored olive oil, so i just marinated crushed garlic in regular EVOO overnight..but it still lacked garlic flavor. I also added some sun dried tomatoes for some extra flavor and color. yum!"
