Reviewed Almost-Famous Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I made this last year and it was a huge hit! I did do the water bath and still had cracks. Also I made the crust go all the way up the sides of the pan. I used a pre-crumbled graham crackers and used just a touch more butter as it was a bit dry and hard to work up the sides at first. Also goes great with rum flavored whipped cream!
