"I love this recipe.. so easy and fast, perfect on a work day.. However, I agree with most others, 3 cloves of garlic is toooo much..I will make this again with about 1/2 the garlic.. I would still give it 4 stars.. but with 1 1/2 cloves garlic. it will be perfect and it would get a 5 star from me.

"We really like this recipe! Such a nice change from just cheese and crackers. If you love cheese and you love basil... you can't go wrong with this one. One tip.. servce with very plain crakers, you don't want anything interfering with the flavor of the cheesecake..My smallest springform pan is 6 in diamater.. so if you run into the same problem just double the recipe.. it will go.. I promise.
