Reviewed Polenta and Chicken Tartlets
"I used pre-made polenta from the grocery store...found an excellent brand of pesto from our deli, and added a tiny bit of shredded parm cheese to the mixture. I put them together and then roasted them in the oven for about 15 minutes on low. It was delicious!""
