I used pre-made polenta from the grocery store...found an excellent brand of pesto from our deli, and added a tiny bit of shredded parm cheese to the mixture. I put them together and then roasted them in the oven for about 15 minutes on low. It was delicious!""

This recipe was amazing! I did put a lot more than the suggested amount of cocoa (4 tsp)...but other than that I didn't mess with a thing. I will definitely be using this simple, tasty cake batter again! "
