Like a lot of the reviews, this was a very labor intensive recipe. The sauce is great, not enough egg for the coating of the eggplant, plan on 5 to 6 eggs. Too much of the "salt & pepper to taste" and in the end I did not have enough salt. probably would not make again just due to time. Flavor overall was very good.""
