I do a lot of cooking and baking and am generally successful with most recipes. However, the instructions on this one were confusing:for example, the amount of water for blooming the gelatin should have been more specific. Also, the instruction about straining the cream and ricotta mixture "in a bowl over ice" could be taken different ways. Bottom"
