Reviewed Peanut Swirl Brownies
"I made these for the first time last night and they came out AMAZING. Everyone at work loved them. The only change I made was omitting the extra chocolate chips in the batter. I didn't have any issues w/ greasiness - I made sure to refrigerate them. I also thought the amount of coffee flavor was perfect with what the recipe calls for. I used Folgers instant coffee.
For those that want a sweet brownie - these are not it. They are rich but because of the coffee and the unsweetened chocolate, they taste more like a dark chocolate bar - slightly bitter.
