“Tyler's sauce was super easy to make but the end result was very tangy.
This may be due, in part, to my choice of tomatoes. After hearing so many people rave about San Marzano tomatoes I decided that I should give them a shot. I used whole San Marzanos, removed their seeds, and crushed them by hand.
