We put this on our new electric smoker, and unfortunately, we did not cook it at a low enough temperature and our meat was tough. BUT thankfully, the flavor of the meat was off the charts delicious! The spices are just fantastic together and we are trying our smoker again today hoping for better results with our cooking method. And we will be using...

WOW WOW WOW! This recipe is fantastic. My turkey turned out absolutely perfect. I cooked a 14lb turkey and it took 2hrs & 20mins in my oven. I also followed the advice on the show and covered the turkey breast with the foil triangle after the first 30 minutes. I have to say everyone was amazed at how delicious and juicy the turkey was. This is soooo good! I have made it twice now and recieved rave reviews both times from everyone. The recipe doesn't make very much though. But I added lean ground beef along with the tri-tip steak (to keep cost down) and doubled everything else in the recipe and it was perfect for what I needed. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! Wonderful!""

Wonderful! I used mini Mars bars and Dove's milk chocolate "promises", and it turned out perfect. I refrigerated the leftovers, and zapped one in the microwave the next day for a few seconds, and it was just as delicious!

Yum Yum Yum! This was a huge hit with my family! I made a few changes for us, like using skinless chicken breast and left off the breading on the chicken (but still tossed in sauce), used 2% milk, and omitted blue cheese. But kept everything else the same, and it was still so good. This is a definite keeper!
