A note to ladybluejam2 below.... I'm sure the "$10 Dinners" moniker comes from the cost of the raw amounts of things used, rather than the cost of buying a whole bottle. If you buy a $10 bottle of wine but only use 1/2 cup, it's not going to cost you more than $2 for that...”
