I made this last night and wasn't crazy about it, it did not taste authentic. It didn't have anything special or unique. Definitely not making it again. Also 2 tablespoons of chili make it very spicy, I'm not sure if it was because the salsa I used was not mild enough. "

I made this on a busy weekday, so some simplifying was in order. Hope that's not cheating. :)
I substituted the tomatoes, parsley and oregano for some canned marinara sauce from Trader Joe's. I sauteed the garlic, onion and a thinly sliced red bell pepper with the olive oil (2 tbsp only) then added the sauce. I don't love corn so I left...
