I make this once a week now. Ina has this stock down to a science - it works magic on all our recipes and helps keep colds at bay. The simplicity makes this stock so special. Don't skimp on the parsnip, as it adds something special. Also, normally I don't like dill, but now I can't make the stock without it. Yum!""

I'm with the last poster; I followed the recipe and my cupcakes were fantstic! The best carrot cake I've ever had. We just loved the crunchy top and dense, moist cake. And the icing was amazing.
