Reviewed Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
"To italia19872004---I agree that you have to use a little common sense when baking and cooking. You can't fill your cake pans all the way to the top . . . they will overflow!! And, yes she did use high-sided pans because you have a thick layer of pineapple on the bottom and you will need more pan room than for other cakes. And lastly, stacking the cakes is no different than when you add a fruit filling or frosting in between layers. This cake (and Paula) is a winner!!!
