"This has become my family's new favorite pasta/chicken recipe. My 18-year old son absolutely loves it. Only change -- if you have larger chicken breasts, sauteing them for 8 minutes total is not enough. I'm a kook, not a cook -- at least that's what I tell my son! Loved it always because my mother always cooked everything from scratch. She never made her own pie crusts though, and I was determined one day to try. Did it and never looked back! Love trying new recipes but admit getting stuck in the ones that my family loves.
