"This cheesecake is absolutely delicious. I made it a month ago and my guests loved it. It was my first time making a cheesecake so I didn't know about the water bath. It did crack in the middle but I just made a homemade whipped cream to cover it and sprinkled a little nutmeg on top. I'm making another one tonight and will do a water bath to see if it works but cracks or not, I am still putting a thin layer of whipped cream on top with the nutmeg. The presentation ends up lovely.
