Reviewed Jay's Potato-Crusted Fish with Mango Salsa

"This recipe took no time at all and the mango salsa was excellent with the fish. I didn't have instant potato so I used panko instead and I baked it in the oven instead of frying. I used cod because thats what I had on hand. I added a touch of white wine vinegar to the salsa because I only had one small lime and I thought it needed a little more acid to cut the sweetness of the mango. It turned out great, looked gorgeous and most importantly, it was FAST AND EASY!!"
