Reviewed Hurry Up Chicken Pot Pie
"5 star idea, 2 star recipe
About the only thing I kept the same from the Deen recipe was the biscuit topping.
Here is what I did different:
Used a roast chicken (about 1/2 of one)
1lb bag of frozen veg.
1/2 cup chicken stock
Added herbs to the veg and biscuit mix
Used a rectangular 9x13 pan
Other than those changes, the recipe is fine.
