Reviewed Super Gooey Chocolate Drops
"skip the dried cherries and add toasted hazelnuts!! high quality chocolate (a MUST for this recipe) deserves some hazelnuts!
i also added 1/2 tsp of baking powder to help them keep them from pancaking. also, don't let your batter get too warm- any cookie batter doesn't work as well when it's warm.
a note on the cinnamon... it adds a hint of flavor, you probably couldn't put your finger on it if you didn't know. i left it in this time (mostly because i couldn't remember if i did last time), but next time i probably won't w/ the hazelnuts. i could see how it would be great w/ the nuts or with plain chocolate though.
overall, it's a great densely chocolate cookie that begs to be eaten warm with an ice cold glass of milk.
