I just found this recipe yesterday and decided to try it. The cake turned out wonderful. It is super moist and delicious warm or cold. The only thing I did differently was the glaze. I made a glaze with warm cream,vanilla, and powdered sugar for the top. Awesome recipe. Thank you Emeril !! :) "

I tried this recipe and while it's a good idea, the recipe itself is just awful. First of all you are better off just using a traditional meatloaf recipe, and definately do not add allspice !! Then just fry the meat in patties instead of making a meatloaf. Then the gravy, works much better with a tradional onion gravy with onions,garlic,flour,butt"
