"Decidedly blah. If I make it again I will make more balsamic, the reduction was not enough to dress 4 salads. The grilled watermelon didn't have the flavor I was hoping for."

Reviewed Pork Tenderloin Marinated in Garlic, Lemon and Oregano with Greek Salad

"Wonderful! The flavor was terrific, it wasn't overly salty like other marinades. The salad was wonderful, though I'd use less dressing next time. I prepped the pork the night before, so it had plenty of time to marinade. Tender and flavorful. Don't fear the anchovy paste, the dressing is not "fishy"."
