Reviewed Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish
"this soup was very good with just a few tweaks. I took the advice of a reviewer and added a little pumpkin pie spice with the nutmeg, definitely made a difference. Also, pureed the soup before adding the cream (I used milk). I did have to add a little extra flour to thicken it up a bit. The relish was essential. But overall, the finished product was creamy, spicy, delicious pumpkin soup with just a little sweet spicy bite from the relish. Would definitely make again.
