Tacozagna is good but a bit salty. I also like to use 1/4 to 1/2 ground turkey and a can or two of pinto beans instead of all turkey. Good with the lettuce, a little salso and sour cream on top.

Delicious! This has become a staple in our home. I usually don't use the ricotta in the meatballs--they don't need it. They still come out moist and very flavorful. I tried this because of all the rave reviews so was quite dissapointed in it. I followed the recipe exactly and both my husband and I found it to be very bland. It definitely needs more flavor.
