One again Emeril delivers...great tasty hummus recipe and equally excellent nicely-seasoned pita chips. I use whole grain pitas and they work excellently.

For all those who don't get why Emeril has you mash the garlic with the salt and prefer the shortcut of just tossing it all in the Cuisie...here is why: mashing garlic w/salt...

I like that he portioned it for single servings because someties you just have a piece of ahi to do that..and increasing it is a no-brainer. Love serving it with Taro Chips.
