I was looking for a potatoes au gratin recipe and settled on this one as it was designed for two servings. While I had my doubts about the amount liquid (it seemed a bit much for two potatoes) I followed the recipe with minor variations not worth mentioning and they came out perfect.

I used a little more of each spice and added some vanilla bean paste but otherwise the dessert came out delicious and unbelievably smooth.

Reviewed Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I made this dip a few years ago and made it again today. the only changes I made to the recipe was to use half a box of frozen chopped spinach in lieu of cooking fresh spinach and chopping them and I used chopped canned artichoke hearts instead of the jarred marinated artichoke hearts. I of course squeezed out all the excess water from the spinach.

I was looking for a hot crab dip and found this one then I read the reviews that it came out oily. I saw that Emeril had a crab dip using the same amount of crab and cheese with only 1/2 cup of mayo and some people complained on that one that it was not creamy.

pitiful. like everone else, I followed the recipe to a T nd it was a complete failure. first of all there was way too much caramel and it never dried up and the conconction smoked up the whole house being in a 400 degree oven for 10 mins.

I'm not sure what the originals are supposed to taste like, but I think I have it basically...
