Sooo good!! Next time, I think I'll try pineapple in place of orange. Just bc watermelon, strawberry and pineapple are my top 3 fruits. And this really does need 24 to meld everything together. Is it bad I'm solo for brunch and having a glass of it??

Yum!! Made this tonight, but used a 28oz can whole San Marzano tomatoes and some wine and chicken broth to make up for the liquid. Also baked the chicken. Grilling isn't my strong suit. :P

It was pretty good. I added 3 boiled eggs. Too much vinegar for our taste, will cut it in 1/2 next time and add a few pickles. I also will decrease the mustard and increase the mayo.

I've made this twice and only the meatballs. First time I followed the recipe to the letter. The meatballs came out with a meatloaf texture bc the onion juice after shredding the onion was too much moisture. The second time I used ground turkey breast and drained the onion juice well and they were DELICIOUS!

This was sooooo good! And it was super easy to make low fat/calorie! I used organic low fat, low calorie wheat tortillas, low fat jack cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, cumin, oregano and used a chipotle pepper (bc I didn't have poblano on hand). I think next time I'll add 1/2c black beans."
