"I always enjoy pumpkin pie and after watching the tv show, my wife decided to make a regular Libby's pumpkin pie and a Bobby Flay pie with the precise recipe contained on this site.

Seven of us tried both pies and six of us agreed that the Bobby Flay pie was the best of the two, hands down. Since this is my review, I'll go so far as to say it's the best pie I've ever enjoyed. The pie needs to be baked ahead of time and allowed to set before digging in.

What makes it special? The delicate taste, light consistency and perfect flavored topping make it a delightful experience. For the pumpkin pie eater who wants the heavy, in-your-face rich pumpkin taste - this isn't it. Thanks, Bobby Flay.
