Reviewed Hot Chicken Salad
"I'm pretty sure this was the first Paula recipe we ever had, and I have to say, I was impressed! It was very rich, however, and I think it could have been a little lighter on the mayo. The potato chips added a nice twist, but I think it could have used a few more. I really liked the almonds too. All in all, I would take this over cold any day!
