"i think Anne missed the mark totally on this one .. i grew up eating Weiner Schnitzel which is AUSTRIAN NOT GERMAN...and the potato salad was off the mark too... cream and chicken stock and bacon ? in a "German" potato salad ? no no no no no...my Mother was born in Austria and never made Schnitzel or Potato salad like this.. and neither do i ..so""
