"I like the idea of this recipe although I use a fair amount of Raspberry Liqueur instead of vanilla..it was tasty and loved the way it turned out...just need to make sure your cream cheese and eggs are room temp..love this one. "
I love to cook have been doing it for over 43 years, my mom owened a restaraunt, and I owned a dinner years ago. Baking is my specialty and love all kinds of cooking. Have 1000's of my own recipes. Just cook for f amily for the most part now although I do get asked to cater events from time to time and always have requests for cooies and cakes during holidays. It is my life.
