"I was interrupted while making these cookies to distraction and left out the flour! Before I put them in the oven I noticed the bowl with the dry sifted ingredients sitting on the counter. I dumped the rolled cookies that were ready to go back into their bowl then added the dry ingredients and mixed well. I proceeded from there. Low and behold the cookies came out very very good. I can't wait to make them again without interference! Next time I will keep my mind on baking not texting.
