This is a fabulous recipe. I didn't have any basil in the house, so I used fresh rosemary instead. I think I've stumbled onto something amazing. I loved it so much with the rosemary, that I doubt I will ever try it with basil!

Excellent and EASY recipe for Aloo Gobi. I found that I had forgotten to purchase the serano chile, so I substituted a dash of red pepper and that did the trick. Perfect cook time for tender, but not mushy cauliflower."
