This recipe was excellent and actually very easy to make. I brined it for four days only because I found this recipe four days before St. Patricks Day. I will definitely try to brine longer next time but it was still delicious. I made some changes I used beef broth instead of water, I added two Guinness extra stout beers, more garlic and a couple "
