"The recipe was very easy to make and created a tasty outcome! Be sure to use mini mushrooms (I bought regular-sized portobello mushrooms and had to double the cheese recipe)! The changes I would recommend are to blend bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to coat the mushrooms and use less feta cheese in the mix because it was a tad too salty. "
