Reviewed Beer Battered Fish and Chips

"5 stars...yes it's deserving of 5 stars.
If you want that New England feel of fish and chips this is what you want to make. The batter is perfect, not too thick not thin and perfectly crispy.
I did tweek it a bit with the sub of Old Bay instead of salt and I didn't make up the whole giant batch of House Seasoning. I chose to just add a few sha"

Reviewed Pan-Seared Rib-Eye

"So there is a reason why you keep seeing review after review with 5 stars. Yes, because it's that good.
While I'm a grilled steak sort of gal, sometimes it's just not possible and for ribeyes this is the go to method for me.

It's my first time tasting chicken bog so I ha"

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"This recipe is a winner!
I like to experiment a bit so I often will change up the types of mushrooms. Instead of just using the normal boring white buttons I'll use baby portabellas, shitakis, or any other hearty mushroom. Add some extra flavor to an already super flavorful dish.

Also I like to purchase good quality steaks that are on sale and""

Reviewed Bobby Flay's Macaroni and Cheese Carbonara

"By far the best mac and cheese ever!
Yes, it's a bit costly, yes it's a bit labor intensive but by gawd it's the best mac and cheese ever and so worth the cost and work.

I change up the cheeses and add in a sharp cheddar sometimes and always use a parm/reg mix instead of just the parm. Have some fun with it and add the cheese you like.

Also the""
