Reviewed Roasted Turkey Gravy

"Use this recipe instead of the "Turkey Gravy" one further on. The one that uses water instead of broth has no flavor. ""

Reviewed Turkey Gravy

"I spent all afternoon making this and it had no flavor at all. I added salt and pepper and it still ended up flavorless. I had to take this to Thanksgiving dinner so I added one of those little packets of Knorr homestyle chicken stocks to get it to have any taste. BTW julz79 this recipe doesn't have celery it is in the "Roasted" Turkey Gravy liste""

Reviewed Peach Cobbler

"This was all right...but I thought there was too much crust and not enough peaches. If I try this again I will double the amount of fruit and only use 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of sugar. ""

Reviewed Zucchini Gratin

"This recipe has been requested for several meals with family. It is loved by all. What I did to make it less soupy is I used half & half instead of milk. I also added some yellow summer squash to make it more of a squash gratin. I also may have added a little more Gruyere as I am a cheese addict.

Reviewed Peach Tart

"I used fresh peaches and I'm afraid they may have been too juicy and they made the custard too soggy. The darn thing just wouldn't set up so the longer I tried to get it to set the more overcooked the crust got. I love so many of Paula's recipes so I had high hopes for this one. It just fell a little short.
