Thank you Emeril for sharing your Essence recipe with us! It has become a staple in our house and we enjoy it in many dishes including fish, pork and poultry. I make my own with the best available ingredients and will continue to do so for years to come. I follow your recipe "as is" with the exception of the cayenne, instead of a tablespoon I us"
