Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This is good stuff! I modify mine quite a bit though. I always use Sharp Cheddar, if you don't, it will taste bland. Also, I add about a 1/4 C of dry parmesan cheese to the panko/bread crumb topping. In the beginning, I carmelize the onions, it makes the dish taste so much better especially for those who don't particularly like the taste of onions"
