I am a firefighter/ paramedic for the Tulsa Fire Department. I enjoy friends, family, hanging out, working out.I am a lucky man because my passions (cooking & fighting fire) are what I get paid for. At the firehouse, the kitchen is the living, dining, & meeting rooms.

I like it hot! Spicy, grilled, flame kissed, & en fuego! I enjoy Cajun, Asian, American dishes & could eat my weight in seafood!
